The Cabin

A quiet place on our family farm.

The cabin sits on our family farm at the base of Starr Mountain in Etowah, Tennessee. It's over a hundred years old and all on one level, with ramps at the doorways so it's easy to get around.

There's a full kitchen stocked with dishes, pots, and pans, plus a washer and dryer. The big front windows and side porch look out at the mountain, and the covered porch has a grill and an outdoor dining set.

There's no WiFi or TV, on purpose, so you can spend more time outdoors. Cell service is generally good.

We had a wonderful stay. Andrew showed our kids the animals and they had a blast. We will return!

George, Atlanta, Georgia

It was better than the photos, cleaner than any Airbnb we’ve stayed before and in a great location to do so many things yet still so peaceful and private.

Lori, Huntsville, Alabama

Absolutely loved the location, on a working farm! The animals was a wonderful treat to see and pet. Highly recommend Starr Mountain Cabin.
